What is SKW TransportOS?
SKW TransportOS is truck load building and route planning software. From an order it decides which items go on which trucks, the sequence of delivery stops, and exactly how each truck is packed in 3D — so every stop unloads without moving anyone else's freight.
What does LIFO loading mean in a load plan?
LIFO (last in, first out) means freight for the last delivery stop is loaded deepest against the cab, and freight for the first stop sits at the door. The crew loads once, and at every stop they only touch that stop's items — no restacking on the road.
Does it check axle weights?
Yes. If a truck type includes axle positions and legal limits, every placement is checked against front and rear axle loads while the plan is built, so finished plans are within the limits you configured — not just total payload. The computed axle loads are shown per truck.
What happens when everything doesn't fit?
Nothing disappears silently. By default the planner hires additional trucks so every item ships, and says so. You can instead allow a partial dispatch: the declared fleet is kept and the items to defer are listed explicitly.
Can one truck run multiple trips in a day?
Yes. Enable multi-trip with a shift length and the planner packs several routes onto one physical truck within the shift, including reload time at the depot.
How much does it cost?
Free: 5 plans per month and the anonymous calculators. Pro at $79/month: 200 plans and full exports. Team at $199/month: 1,000 plans, 10 users, API access and webhooks. Prices are billed monthly through Paddle and you can cancel anytime.
Is there an API?
Yes — a REST API on the Team plan, with per-key rate limits and completion webhooks, designed for TMS and ERP integration. There is also an MCP endpoint so AI assistants can create and poll plans with the same keys and quotas.
Where is my data stored and who can see it?
Your workspace lives in a dedicated database scoped to your organization; other tenants can never query it. Payments are handled by Paddle, so card details never touch our servers. API keys are stored only as hashes. See the Privacy Policy for the full picture.
Do I have to install anything?
No. The dashboard runs in the browser, drivers get read-only share links on their phones, and the PDF load sheets print anywhere.
