Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: 30 July 2026

Subscriptions are sold by our merchant of record, Paddle, which processes payments and issues invoices and refunds on our behalf.

Cancelling

You can cancel a monthly subscription at any time from the Billing page. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your paid features remain active until the end of the current billing period. No further charges are made after cancellation.

Refunds

If something went wrong — a duplicate charge, a billing error, or the Service was materially unavailable — contact us within 14 days of the charge at sales@saskaware.com (or reply to your Paddle receipt) and we will make it right with a full or pro-rated refund via Paddle.

Where consumer law in your country grants a statutory withdrawal or refund right (for example the EU 14-day right for consumers), that right is honored through Paddle and is not limited by this policy.

We do not otherwise refund charges for periods already used, and free-tier usage is never charged.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
